honestly i don't see them fitting well in this universe, but every once in a while it isn't bad

If you don't abuse it and if done correctly, they make the thing even funnier. I suggest go for it.

As long as they are done properly, i propose studying Deadpool comics before attempting.

Although they are in their own world, I think you could still do them, but only when they're well done, which shouldn't be a problem because you do brilliant comics!

I find 4th wall jokes are like fine wine... Nice once in a while, but if you're having it for breakfast you've got a problem. They're powerful, but use them sparingly.

I tend to think that forth wall jokes only work if someone says something that is ridicules like in my first comic I kept asking my friend if he had looked for a job and he'd say no then I'd ask him if he's even trying and he looked at me and said Nope then I did a forth wall deal. I can see that happening a lot with some of your characters but I wouldn't try to go for the fourth wall joke only, they're usually best as a punctuation of the joke.
