I don't think it matters. If they both like each other and they both know it (or at least suspect it) then it could happen either way. I suppose the problem would be if they don't know it, or are not sure. In this case it will probably be the one who is the most confident. I hope that the whole 'girls should play hard to get and wait for the guy to approach' thing has now mostly died out. It's really stupid.

Uh, the guy, but everyone knows that it doesn't really happen. You could say I made the first move, although it was a very awkward one.

I think it depends, either way is fine. But being a girl I think it's easier if the boy makes the first move.

Hehe, funny to see how more boys prefer the girl to start. I think the guy should make the first move, man up fellas.
However, I do like girls who take things in their own hands - it shows strength, confidence and maturity.

Can't vote because I can't decide I don't think it really mattters. But I am a girl. And I whilst I am old fashioned sometimes, I don't think it should be a gender-led decision; its not always the man who is dominant in the relationship, and visa-versa.

Seeing how that's the only way anyone will notice me, I must move in first!
